ABSTRACT:

Youth of Pakistan has a major part in population so its learning has crucial importance for future of Pakistan. Its time in the history of Pakistan, Pegham-e-Pakistan program towers the image of Pakistan as leading vision all around the world through scholars and learned educationists of Pakistan. Curriculum is a basic part of learning process. Everything is designed as per needs. The contemporary curriculums of all over Pakistan are extra-weighted as per apt needs of students at primary to university in all standards/levels and especially in Deeni madrassas.

Nature is developing a male for having his wife at the age of 14-18 and a female for her husband at the age of 10-14. Quranic description and psychological explanations say that, at this age, each male needs his own earning source and each female needs herself or her husband as an independent earning hand. According to these biological, psychological and natural requirements, contemporary curriculum is not making the learners as an independent earning hand at the age of puberty to make them an independent life so it is not fulfilling learner’s needs. It is, therefore, required to be changed with appropriate curriculum.

In this developmental research study, philosophy of a new ‘curricula of Islamic Learning’ will be developed on the base of need analysis study comparing the contemporary issues, future development and Islamic educational model. Second, on the base of curriculum philosophy, the content of curriculum will be developed for a future social development.
